I'd appreciate any feedback on how I can improve the translations and dialogue readability. I'll be sure keep them in mind the next scan I do!

Please don't use Manga Temple, it looks hideous, and oversized text squeezed into the bubbles isn't pleasant to read or look at. If you look at the dialogue placement in most published work, balancing the white space properly just makes it look more aesthetically pleasing.

Also, the overshadow effect on pg.17+ doesn't look that good. I would prefer keeping things simple and not using text effects (maybe try different fonts for different dialogue), otherwise, a black stroke effect on white text would be better for emphasis.

Here's an example of a recent random one I thought was well edited. The font used was pretty nice, and notice how everything looks clean and easy to read.

Also you fucked up the source quality, because you converted the pictures into the webp format. Never use this format, it has very bad quality and loss of a lot of image data. Always use original format or, if you have to, PNG for lossless container migration (though this can bloat the file size if the original is not PNG, when you change to PNG, thus not recommended to go to any other format other than the original). And make sure to use the appropriate color depth (8bit greyscale for black and white, 24bits rgb for color pages), they must match when you recreate images.
