This is the second screenshot set I wanted to upload in the immediate future, I'll leave it to rest for now and see if I'll get expunge warnings. I have not much to say here except that Alice in Wonderland is my favorite Disney movie and one of my favorite characters of all time, it was no wonder that I spent the whole afternoon the other day, analyzing and enjoying art and animation of this feature as well as making screenshots selectively and thoughtfully and as you can see I've got a lot to show.
My opinion is that this is simply an extraordinary work of art, Disney's Alice is lady-like, elegant, well-mannered and at the same time has this unfailing curiosity and adventurous inclination, voiced very beautifully and fittingly by Kathryn Beaumont, honestly I don't know how some people even pretend that there are better depictions of the character, but to each his own, I guess. Unlike the original novel where Alice is described as a 7 year old baby, this Alice gives me an impression of a girl a bit older that would realistically match her level of education and experienced self-conduct, so my headcanon is that Walt Disney's Alice is about as old as her actress was at the time she worked on the film, about 11 or 12, the fact that Kathryn personally acted out many scenes from the script to inspire and give example to artists and animators reinforces my assumption, since visually Alice also looks like a young lady of that age.

Again, there's no gifs here, but I made a number of different clips that I'm sharing in the torrent. There are both short silent excerpts showcasing animation and extended scenes with sound there.
