It seems like to me the moment she "turns" or gives her self up to the dad is when she sees Naoto has sold his guitar to focus on the deal he made with his dad to get Erina back. It seemed to make her sad and disappointed in him in that he's no longer the kid with a dream that she appreciated earlier in the story.

With that said, it's pretty weak still as the turning point for the girl to just give her self up. Sasuga Magekichi
