Jolene was a 22 year old woman who was attacked by an alien cockroach-like creature one night. She was knocked unconscious and fertilized by the creature. Later, her belly started to swell and soon, a huge swarm of cockroaches erupted from between her legs, causing massive bleeding and internal injury. She collapsed and appeared to be dead. But when the cops and medics arrived, Jolene suddenly awakened and sprouted cockroach antennae and wings.
