Going to Eco Heeky's Fanbox about the release of this gives pretty good insight into how he felt when making this. Seems to be that he was completely dissatisfied from the get go but felt compelled to finish it anyway and his mental health shortly after making it took a dip too.

Hot artwork for sure but has a messy story that even the artist agrees isn't the best.

He also says that continuing to work on it and finishing it was like a rehabilitation process for him while he was feeling down so it's not all that bad. Eco apparently didn't want to give up drawing even if there were times where he didn't feel like picking up the pen. There's even a part in the Fanbox post where he mentions if a sequel were to be made, for the cuck boyfriend to get beaten up lol
