To be fair, she is the one primarily responsible for foiling their meticulously planed master plan when she freed Momoe from abduction in the alien ship. And it's thanks to her love for Aoi that Momoe managed to free herself from her master's control.

But I think the reason everyone and their mother want to get her is because she is the anomaly who manage not only in getting an angel pregnant, but also in creating other angels herself, and then giving them the power to turn girls into angels, despite not being a queen bee. She is the one who achieved Zodiac and the aliens goal : breeding angels to unlock the way to eternal life and restoring the reproductive capacity of the alien species.
And her current body (Yukari's) is the one of the child born from her getting Momoe pregnant. So she is twice as important to them.

I really wonder what are Yamabuki's goals. Who she working for ? Since Aries was expelled from Zodiac and his soul was scattered all around Lake Usui. She seems to have regained her mind, and not being a mindless slave to her sexual impulse. What is she expecting to gain from meddling again with Momoe and her angels, she should know better (especialy when she is lying to Runa (Luna ?) about Aoi turning Tanaka into a girl when it's Midori and Yuki who did it).
And will Q manage to deliver a coherent SF plot this time that he will not suddenly abandon when he realizes he had no idea where he was going with?

Still in the end someone has to do the commissioning and I guess that's me. Also doesn't help that this is my favorite ongoing futanari series and that I'm a really impatient dude ^^;
