Yes it's only 2 pages, seems to be like that from the fanbox. Filenames are from the raw, 001 is probably the post header or whatever.

I didn't take my time double checking everything so let me know if something's very wrong. I found the choice of words in japanese kinda weird, maybe it's a character thing I don't know about.
