I've had this book since about 2016 or so and am finally going through my personal fantasy collection / reference books. I used these mainly for illustration inspiration and purposes while in undergrad, but as I don't typically anymore, I'm archiving them so that I can put them back on my shelf. This is a 3rd revision or so to the official Boris Vallejo magazine that was out from 1978 to about 1980 proper, featuring both his commercial and personal works from 1970 to around 1978. Boris gives some important interviews - alongside Frank Frazetta, Boris was an important artist to Yoshikazu Yasuhiko with his early gouache paintings in the mid to early 70s. Yasuhiko spoke about this in a talk I attended in Hyogo about how he was interested in both Boris and Frazetta, so I'm happy to share some archival info that he may or may not have seen real time in the Japanese SF scene.
