Acquired from the collection of former software developer and mangaka behind Comic Knot Yuuji Iwaki (岩気裕司). Iwaki sold this and about 11 other books from his Osaka storage, located in the former Palace Soft MSX doujinshi shop he used to run from the late 80s until the early 2000s. Many of these books haven't been seen in over 30+ years, so I'm happy to partner with Iwaki in sharing what I did purchase. This particular book is a 2nd edition of a text first published in May of 1989 by Otomo Publishing. This particular version was distributed by Comic House in 1991 and was later not only sold at Comiket 41, but also distributed by Iwaki's Palace Soft alongside books by Tsukasa Kotobuki and more.
