I don't mind the direction at all personally. Using Hayato as a replacement to make up for his sister's deficiencies as a secret side piece is a pretty nice concept, like if it can develop into the sister moving her brother in with them thinking it'll stop him from asking her for sex as much, and it works, but not in the way she expected lol.
