Above all, exports-imports from Panvora-Earth-Earth-Panvora. In Panvora there are many important natural resources and the Panvorians create many valuable products (medicines for example), the Earth exports all kinds of things to Panvora, from technology to leisure or food (fortunately for Midori)

About the 2º question dont worry, the Panvorians are technically immortal, they all have an indestructible core and regenerate after being digested, it is part of their ecosystem, the bodies of the prey cannot get rid of toxins by themselves and need their bodies to be digested daily to regenerate them from scratch and without impurities, the same for the predators but their "degeneration" is much slower and they can go several days without regenerating.

honestly enjoy this series a lot cause of the format of it not taking it self so seriously on the whole "lived together, vore is love more than hunger" plus has that nice old manga feeling from like Gintama, Dr. Slump, and Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. Treating vore as a cartoony thing while having actual good development for the characters along the way, it may look like the regress but their development does stick for later events. Natsu writing shines it's best with this comic with his slapstick comedy and banter of words in this.
