Standard MTL problems. Having "Sephia-sama" translated as "Lady Sephia" was the most annoying issue.

I wish Pink confided her situation to Yellow and Yellow taught her how to fight as a magical girl and helped her live normally.
It would have led to some cute bonding between the girls instead of having pink constantly stumble around and keeping secrets.

Honestly, the translation of "Sephia-sama" as "Lady Sephia" isn't that big a deal. That's because people don't tend to use "-sama" when speaking in English, so going with "Lady" or "Lord" is the closest translation. I do it for my own translations.
MTL tends to have a billion other issues. This is not one of them.

They didn't insinuate it's an issue that it translated sama into an english equivalent. They were saying it's an issue because it's a fuckin dude they keep calling lady Sephia.

What's funny to me is that the original writer was already flying pretty close to the sun of "that's literally an actual Precure's name," and the MTL's inability to be consistent across pages means sometimes it accidentally writes the serial numbers back on.
