I myself am not trans, but last I checked, a prostate is basically a uterus that turned into a prostate in utero due to having XY chromosomes.

But the page 36 x-ray is of vaginal penetration, not anal. I do not think it is a good interpretation to say that it shows the absense of a prostate simply because the prostate is not being shown - we do not see the bladder/urethra either.

Page 41 straight up states they have a prostate. The prostate - in men - is around where the urethra comes out of the bladder.

If a woman is lying flat on her back, her anus is the bottom hole, then the vaginal canal, then the urethra. If you follow the urethra up to her bladder and put a prostate there - it is on the "top" side of the vagina - *away* from the anus.

Fellas, a few points. Firstly, there is no evidence to support the idea that the uterus "feels pleasure". The only organ connected in any way with female orgasm is the clitoris.
