@Malenk you would be very surprised at how many people believe things that are absolutely and totally impossible unless you explicitly tell them not to, and I would say it's those people that are insane, not the people making disclaimers so that people don't take their stuff seriously. Saying that making a disclaimer is insane is also the equivalent of saying that telling kids Santa exists is pure evil because it's a lie, in that its just completely ridiculous over-exaggeration that benefits nobody.
