It turns out that this is Satona, and when she goes to outside of Kousuke's apartment, she sees him with Satomi on his arm. So I think that this whole chapter it was actually Satomi with Kousuke, but I'm not completely sure. 4th Chapter (3) has Satomi doing an AV while Satona joins in part way, mentioning that they're twin sisters, which I don't think Satomi knew about, but am honestly not sure.
