Because of reasons some galleries appear to be unavailable or as if they have been removed. But it's only affecting you and other non-premium e-h super users.

In the expunge petition you can see that another gallery already exists in the system. (as you can read the gallery title)

I know the error message is weird and misleading, but please don't reupload expunged galleries.
