This is the first time I ever bothered to translate and upload a doujinshi, but fetio is one of my all time favourite artists and this soccer series is way too goated. The scanlators that normally translate fetio's works - Shuten Doujin, don't plan on picking this up soon and the previous fetio doujin was translated by them almost 3 months after the raws were leaked.
I honestly can't wait that long and I'm sure many of you cant either.
Anyway, I used a tool called Ichigo reader which is essentially an OCR tool that translates manga text using GPT-4o and overlays it in the speech bubbles, so yeah this was obviously MTL, but, it was the best and cleanest out of all the ones I tried.
Processing 143 pages, was super painful since ichigo limits you to 20 uploads per session(?), which meant that I had to switch between multiple browsers, use my phone, use VPN and so on, in an attempt to reset the limit,

Regardless, the outcome was totally worth it, and I hope you enjoy!

You do realize that most good translations are created due to someone finally getting fed up that they can't read what the characters are saying in what looks like hot, sexy smut, right? By translating it yourself, you got rid of any impetus for a better translation to be performed. Now we're stuck with this version, which has all the failings of your usual AI translation. I get it, rough translations, MTL, and stuff like that can be really off-putting for some people. I know how bad they can be. But why make such a big deal out of it when the site already has a function to exclude tags you don’t like?

Personally, I’m not a fan either, but the solution is simple: just use the exclude tag feature, and voilà....problem solved!

That’s what tags are for in the first place. If you don’t like yaoi, scat, or anything else that doesn’t sit right with you, just filter them out.
