I think rule to transmit the curse of a werewolf should be a bit more limited. The way it's made, there, there wouldn't be much preventing the whole planet from being touched by the curse. It's in contradiction with werewolves being a rare, mythological being that no one believe to be real until they actually encounter one.

That being said, "Planet Wewolves" is kind of a cool concept in itself.
