@Xzosk Some of your translations are intentionally wrong here. The credit page 18 does not say "around the same time this was happening" in the original Japanese. There's several other spots too where you change the meaning from a hypothetical to a statement of fact.

This doujinshi came out in 2019 and its not about the girl who accused him (17 now, 14 then). Its about the artist ex-girlfriend, Ayaka. The girl in korekore stream found out about this manga and noticed the name and age of the character matched the ex-girlfriend, then talked about it during the stream where the artist himself confirmed having started meeting his ex-gf around 6 years ago when she too was still a JC.
PS: the girl exposed the whole situation just because she recently got dumped again for that ex-gf, apparently Ayaka never stopped meeting Gaou since 2019 even now that she's in early 20s, she also occasionally lived in his workplace rented-room 3 years ago when the other girl, at the time 14, found out about their relationship
