I feel the ending kind of ignores that they are still wearing skinsuits, so it means that both the girl who now think is the old guy and the old guy wearing the girl outfit could take them off by accident at any point

And the identity death aspect of the suits is so contrived (it isn't because of the being transformed into a skinsuit since she began to act perverted towards the end), as it was never showed to work like that in the previous story, by the logic there it should have affected the guys who spend all their time wearing women skinsuits but is just never happens

I kinda feel that the identity death aspect was a direct result of using the skinsuit beam on the girl while she was wearing the skinsuit. The two of them did seem to wonder what would happen in that case. As for why she was horny towards the end, they did say that it was likely due to her not being able to handle her new male instincts.
