It's not Chapter 3. It's the prologue to the new chapter which they separated due to the protagonists being underage in it and they didn't want to have sex scenes of their later selves to be in the same Chapter. But they never made Chapter 3 and they never post anything anywhere anymore, so it's likely abandoned.

Shame to see this series abandoned. It was really great.
