a few notes: 1. the name of the bakery is "サングレ屋", a combo of "サングレ/Sangre", Spanish for "blood", and "屋/ya", Japanese for shop. I decided to simply translate it as "Sangreya". 2. Harakiri is a Japanese word that refers to the act of disemboweling oneself. I simply romanized it and left it as is. I guess I could've translated it as "Disembowelment Pie" or something, but Harakiri Pie just sounded... better.
