Look, I have a hard time seeing the girl as the "good girl" and "victim" when she only came back to have sex with the friend and then disappeared afterward, leaving the friend with an immense emotional wound.
She could have given up everything to be with him or start a new life elsewhere.

Her husband sounds like the classic narcissist who is good at isolating you and making you more dependent on them so that they can completely rule over you. But anyway, like I said, narcs want to isolate you, and the reason why they're so good at it is that they're very good at crafting an image of themselves that others will buy into. So any person who would normally have supported you or otherwise be neutral to you now sides with the narc and think you're the crazy one or the unstable one when you tell them about the manipulation and abuse you experience. My only advice is that if you ever get mobbed and gaslit by a narc and their flying monkeys, to get away as far as possible and don't look back.
