The previous translation is ok, but it's a bit out of pocket.

for example: ぜってーキンタマ空になってる (absolutely, testicles became empty) was translated as "Sack empty, knees weak, arms are heavy." which is a reference to Eminem's Lose Yourself.

I think this is fine.
