The grey part of the shoulders is too long and the segments aren't pronounced enough. The combadge should be matte, not glossy. The zipper shouldn't be visible. The neck is way too loose and the rank is wrong, there should be one black pip and one gold pip to show her rank of lieutenant junior grade. Good job on the spots, though.
