For those unfamiliar, [Karakara8] has been creating animated images based on [Niken Tonari no Dojoukin]'s Astrea works.

I'm testing a new conversion workflow in order to upload animated images without severe quality loss. It relies on the gallery's support for WebP animations, which are better than GIFs while having smaller file sizes.

I will continue to tweak the encoding settings until I get the best result, and will hopefully upload more in the future.
