He, don't judge too quickly. The fact that the vast majority of "translations" made using ai tools is pure shit doesn't mean using those tools is necessarily bad. They are just tools, if the one using them has a brain and isn't lazy, it can produce a good result.

In that case, it's obvious the guy didn't just feed the images to an llm and wait. The translation seems decent, it has no telltale mistakes of automatic translations like wrong genders or incorrect registry or inconsistencies between panels. It's obvious it's been proof read and corrected, it's consistent and the grammar is correct. I only counted 4 typos. If bet noone would complain about the translation of the guy didn't say he used ai.

The real problem is the editing, which isn't really good, with not the best font (although not as bad as standard arial or such), useless italics, some text being too small. And the lazy cleaning that simply blanked the area.

It's a decent job, nothing like all the usual lazy ai shit we get all the time.

@Suarju really? What problems do you have with that work, beside the cleaning? It's fine, it's nothing like the usual ai slop, and I'd say it's not far from what some "normal" groups can do.

You know, I usually hate AI translations, even ones that are edited, but this one isn't repugnant to me. I know there's absolutely a lot being lost, thanks to this being machine translated, but my experience on this site is better for having seen this specific work.

I'm going to hope for a proper translation, and I still wish it wasn't AI, but I'm glad that this all happened so that I could find this work. So while I am indeed frustrated at the proliferation of LLM slop on here, to the uploader: Thanks. Just this once.

I really hope the artist makes more because not only are these character designs way too good, but I love there being a heroine who doesn't just fold like wet paper. I get that a lot of people are just here for a quickie, but I really do personally prefer porn with a story so this work itself is appealing to me. I'm going to look into more of the artist's work. I also wonder if they have a safe for work account anywhere.
