You can use mods to to get the game to look like that.
Name of some mods:
- Animated prostitution (Have sex with everyone you want via talking)
- Sexual Innuendo [animated sex scenes (boy, did they work on that...) for oral, vaginal and anal]
- Playthings (find 2 slaves who you can "train", much like an erogame, earn their trust, make them love you, get everything you want from them, etc.)
- several body/armor replacer mods, depending on the "size" you prefer

Just google for some of them or use the nexus pages to find them. I enjoyed the little extra action between the shooting action, so if you own the game give it a try! :>

I'd prefer a bit of variety in the pics, rather than just a bunch of screenshots of the same person in different poses. And while full nudity is all well and good, I'd also like to see some of the outfits. And, if possible, maybe some gifs to show the "jiggle" animations. But maybe I'm betting ahead of myself.
