Can't speak for the translation, but I don't think this should have any dickgirl/futanari tag. Blonde hair actually just looks like a guy with long hair (either that or is so flat even bunny suit before soda is too big), and at no point does the protag have a visible penis. I'd assume that the "soda" is specifically a gender swap one, so guy drinks it turns to woman and vice versa.

*edit: fixed blonde hair thought on reread and also should note that the soda that falls on crotch only has the male symbol, so that may have been intended to turn the protag back into a guy later only to make blonde hair more masculine.
