How are these people this dumb? After he starts acting freely, your hopes of him willing leaving drop (only the case of him getting bored of non-reactions would remain for opting to leave). They decide to ignore him harder by posting more messages (which we hadn't seen anyone who wasn't aware of the ignore order, kinda pointless) and supposedly cut off the utilities to his house (which wasn't shown to have taken effect). How would that make any difference? You know hes doing whatever he wants since he can't be held accountable with this ignoring rule, so making his house uninhabitable means he'll always spend the night at someone elses house forcing his actions to escalate.

I also don't understand why they continue to walk naked if he strips them, etc. We weren't given good details on the rules, but redressing yourself is not acknowledging him, its noticing and correcting yourself, from any cause (maybe your clothes weren't on tight enough, maybe an unknown persons prank, etc) and if you cannot correct anything he has ever done, then the town basically comes to a stand still because they would be legitimately unaware of what hes done when they aren't watching him, so drop some debris on the road or whatever and shut the town down. The semen in tthe classrom would probably takes days to be mopped, since I assume they're only sweeping daily when there isn't known spills (which they can't acknowledge the semen puddles since they're tied to him)

@memyselfandl my immediate headcanon is the town might be some kind of cult. He and his mother left the town, and they came back for some reason. People are willing to throw away their morals to avoid being shunned. The rest of the world must be hellish. Maybe this is the real intent of the rule, an occult experiment seieng how subservient you can make a society and occasionally you'll coax out real independent actors -- maybe for recruitment. I'm only halfway thru but i expect there might be some kind of interaction w/ the mayor later

there IS something to be said about how japan practically invented the free-use genre (whether it be doujinshi or JAV) -- something re: a breakdown of society's rules/exploiting herd mentality/subverting herd mentality

edit: continuining that point, obviously much of Free-Use is AVOIDING society's judgement - MC has timestop, invisible, hypnosis, etc OR MC's perversions are normalized. This version feels like the hottest extension of free-use, to me, because the MC doesn't have an out. He IS judged/seen/etc, there's no avoiding it, but that's irrelevant in the face of already being excluded from this world
