Aside from the text, the only difference I've found is that some have a lighter shade of butthole. I can't figure out what the others are supposed to be.

Edit: Got it. First set has implied right hand movement and wet pussy, second has no hand movement, third one neither. Anus actually seems to also vary slightly beyond the more obvious light and dark pink variants.
