-doujin has one book available on akicomi and yahoo auctions
-ask someone else if they scanlate the doujin (and another doujin)
-they say they have to check since akicomi is a unorthodox site
-0 response until seven days later where they then tell me the doujin was sold by the time they finally got to me
-oh okay then guess i'll just have to scour YJA for the rest of time
-order scanlations for some additional doujins
-fast forward a year later
-the doujin author pops up after a year of 0 activity to say he's selling the book at futaket like 2 days from now
-quickly rush to get a physical proxy to purchase the doujin
-send the physical proxy a scanlator's address since the old one is currently unavailable until july after asking if he could hold it until then
-they ask me the country it's located in
-i state it and then after 2 days of no response send another email asking if the physical proxy were there
-they tell me they already sent it
-fast forward a month later
-my scanlator tells me they never got the package
-i email the proxy asking what happened
-he tells me that he sent it to a billing address i had from 2 years because he never received the country it was from and rather than fucking ask since he apparently never received the country email, elected to not send it to the proxy location i told him would only be available in july but a placd i don't even live anymore
-he then also bitches about how i "sent him a false address"
-have to physically go to the location in question and ask if they ever received the package
-no (thank god)
-go ask the first scanlator if he can grab the doujin since it's now available from akicomi, since he never got one of the doujins and i got a freebie for it
-no response from him for 5 days
-ask the second scanlator because i really don't want it to go out of stock and complete the transaction
-get sick presumably from the increasing absurdity of this
-physical proxy tells me that the books arrived and if he wants me to ship them
-well its too late now
-first scanlator pops up to tell me he was busy at a convention so he couldn't check messages but he ordered the doujin from akicomi immediately so it doesn't get bought out by someone else
-have to regretfully inform him i already had someone purchase the doujin under that assumption
-he can't cancel the purchase anymore
All things considered, wow grabbing this doujin was way more a pain in the ass than it really should have been.

Your efforts are to be commended @ throwawaythrowaway12! This is a nice futanari book, so I hope someone translates it to show you how much you mean to them.
