Can some please tell me what this transformation comic is called. I can’t find it anywhere:

I’m looking for a high quality transformation comic similar to this one. The plot had something to do with a small friend group of women ending up in a shop (they may have been celebrating something, or maybe just a night out?). The shop owner was a woman, who allowed them to look around but don’t touch. It turns out all the clothes and jewelry were magic and if the women put an item on, it would transform them into some kind of anthro animal. I wanna say the first transformation was some kind of octopus, but they all eventually jumped in on the fun. They even combined some of the items to combine transformations. The shop keeper catches them at the end. It was western style comic. It couldn’t have been more than 20 pages.
