As much as when I see the Raikage and Hinata, I say yes.

As much as there's no effort in the positioning of the text.
You can't enjoy the drawing without the text leaping out at you.
The text is so poorly placed that it almost acts as censorship on some pages. It's just horrible.
Seriously, we can't see anything.
