The description given by comments above don't paint the full picture, Yuuki found out Rina was cheating on him so he staged a date with her where they would stumble on the guy she was sleeping with, thus Yamashita passes by their table and greet Rina who stutters her greeting to Yamshita who says it has been a while since she called him, he misses her, Rina freaks out and tells him to stop talking weird like that, they are just friends.

Seeing how Rina is basically shoo'in him away Yamashita leaves, that's when Yuuki presses Rina on what is her relationship with Yamashita, she exasperatedly says they are just friends, Yuuki isn't buying it as his face contorts in sweat, he says he will to the bathroom; in reality Yuuki goes outside to catch up with Yamashita to hear from his mouth what is he in relation to Rina, the guy fearlessly says he is her sex friend, they have been seeing each other for a year due Rina feeling lonely due Yuuki's long periods of leaving her to travel for work.

Yuuki is mad but he doesn't aim his anger at Yamashita, it is Rina who is lying to him while her lover just comes out and says how it is so Yuuki proposes a plan: Yamashita will go on as usual, he will reconnect with Rina while Yuuki is here so see how she reacts to a sex friend without the excuse that her boyfriend is away; Rina gives in to Yamashita's seduction, unknowing to her Yuuki was spying on them thus with hard confirmation Rina was willingly cheating on him he barges into the room to film her face, he dares her to show to his camera how much she is enjoying it.
