I'm still using Stable Diffusion WebUI locally on my PC, but I'm in the process of switching to ComfyUI. I haven't used any LoRA for the dick-growth part, just plain old PonyXL. Though you really have to put a lot of (((emphasis))) on the futanari keywords to get what you want. You might have better luck with something like IllustriousXL or NoobAI - I've already experimented with them a bit, and they deliver really great results!
