In fact, this is a logical continuation of the gradual feminization of the main lead in those ntr works. From male:bisexual to female:bisexual.

although I wonder if it still works if the reader can no longer associate themselves with mc who is no longer a male? What is the continuation of such a plot? A regular douji where two chicks crave a dick for whatever reasons? For an NTR fan, it's just a boring genre change.

Maybe turn the mc back into a male to repeat the cycle? Eternal ntr tsukuyomi.

Inproperuse of feminisation tag knock it off, if you disagree read the god damn tag’s description it is a literal process from male to female.

No idgaf if the previous manga the guy was male it doesnt matter there is nthing to indicate that and if that is the case the feminisation process is done and they are feminised so don’t add the tag and use something more appropriate.

Feminization is not a synonym for gender change/morph on e-hentai. Here, the tag means a guy becomes either a crossdresser, or a girl with a dick, or both. If it's just a guy becoming a standard female, that tag doesn't apply.
