BUTTOBI!! CPU is an ecchi anime with actual sex in it. That statement may seem a tad odd but for naughty content most anime either go lukewarm (e.g. "plot" bouncing everywhere, panty shots, bizarre fetishy nonsense that turns off even the most tolerant viewers who aren't into it) or hardcore porn. For BUTTOBI!! CPU, the sex is an integral part. Removing it would ruin the story, characters, etc, and the rest of the show has more substance than the usual shameless vehicle for fan service.
