When authors "just go straight for netorare," the comments will say "oooh another generic NTR with the wife falling for her blackmailer whatever!"; if they try to alter the generic setup (that is, the lady is somewhat reluctant/unwilling), the comments will kindly inform you that she's either a disloyal slut anyway, or that it's fake NTS.

You have rather limited options how to run such a story, especially on a few pages. More complex arrangements take years of work, and it takes a lot of time to read them, which few people are willing to invest.
