TLDR
BF can't get it hard so they went back to netorase play again but Naoto wants to steal her for real however looking at how she was stuck with her phone reporting to her BF and rejecting his proposal (despite she really wanted to become his sex friend in her mind) kinda pissed him off so he escalated it all and got her gang raped by his other men. By the end she returned a mess back to her bf who wanted to call the police and she after cleaning herself asked him if they should break up, not because of their relationship but because she thinks is pregnant of Naoto (reminder she forgot to take the pills in chapter 1 thinking she was on her safe days).

@Wilfriback Weird that she's asking him if they should break up. Because in chapter 1 afterword, the author said that his plan for chapter 2 is her getting impregnated with the permission of the boyfriend. Did that change?

It's a bit odd. The tweet made it look as if she'd already be big belly pregnant on chapter 2. Instead, still not showing signs of pregnancy, but it's also left on a cliffhanger end with she asking BF to break-up? Ehh, can't leave lit like this. Needs a chapter 3. Show her be properly pregnant, and still being together with BF. There's plenty of "happy NTS" stories with that setting.

EDIT: Ok, he responded to a comment on his twitter. He plans to release Chapter 3 on next summer Comiket... So gotta wait a year. Well, since we waited 2 years for this one, it's not too bad I guess.
