Looks like AI Translation. With very dirty edit, parts of the Japanese letters were not cleared out properly either.

I think the guy put the text into some sort of AI Translator, and heavily edited the result. Then dirtied it with his watermark on top, with this being his first upload as well, it just makes sense since this is another MTL trash account. This uploader is added to Blocklist.

Unfortunately this work might never get a proper translation after this, unless someone commissions it. I am sure the translation is not accurate, even with the heavy edit. Someone with Japanese skills may want to test-read the text to confirm, but even if it was translated by human, then there is still the watermark.
