If you're trying to make someone mad, you have to be subtle and drag it out, this was way too over the top and stupid.

I've seen a lot of writers who get in this rut. Contrary to what you might think, you do not need a very long Manga to flesh out your characters, or plot well. Look at Kagerou, who can pull off great characters in under 10 pages. On the flipside you have people like Oyster, who make 300 pages of "trying too hard". Again, it takes more to an NTR or a Guro story than just the gore or cuckolding. You have to make the characters stand out and seem real.
