I don't take issues with spicing the dialogue a bit when translating, but don't get too crazy with it to the point of altering the dialogue, the final page is completely made-up for example, literally changing the tone of the ending.

"アナタ・・・ 私は・・・" doesn't mean "sigh... so good..."

That's pretty much changing the tone of a wife still having a guilty conscience over her situation to simply an admission of arousal.
