Not really. The whole Ranma setting is actually a delusion from Ranma as her mind breaks down from all the gang rape. In actuality Ranma is a normal non-martial artist girl who stowawayed on a ship to try to get Japan. She was caught and then the ship's officers decide to train and later sell Ranma as slave to make money off of her. Coincidentally, it turns out that Ryoga knew Ranma in real world in the past, and not just in the delusion. Ryoga seems to have had some sort of feelings for her, and when he sees the wreck made of Ranma he falls into despair. I also doubt he's anymore of superhuman martial artist than Ranma in this doujin.

Pretty sure it is finished. Ranma's a broken delusional sex slave that's going to get sold in Japan, and Rygoa's in a despair fueled breakdown that probably going to end with him wandering off and dying somewhere. There's no happy ending.
