Well, the author calls it NTR not netorase at all and indeed IT IS, netorase bait but by page 29 it's obvious what it is: Netorare
TLDR because MC has a cuckold fetish they call someone who is willing to pay 10k yen (about 67-70 USD) to sleep with her for an hour, when reaching the 1 hour deadline MC comes to pick her up but it's Machiko the GF the one paying MC to extend one more hour against her BF's protests leaving him outside her roomhouse for the whole hour, she apologises afterwards ands tells Haru she got lots of photos and video she wants to show and watch together with him, how good it felt and flashes him the "souvenirs" she got for him, he gets excited and asks her to have sex with her and she rejects him excusing herself that she is tired of sex for today, then he asks for tomorrow and she replies "Yes but" and bf interjects asking if she has an appointment with the other guy, she denies it but is answered back with doubt, she tries assuring him that it's all ok and that Haru is the most important person for her BUT she also adds she maybe wants to do it again with the other guy as MC groans.

So there you have it. Also, for some reason author says he doesn't get excited after rereading his work which he says did in a rush while having an illness.
