Here's the second spin-off. The first (Neptunia U) doesn't have an album to upload. This one does. And let me tell you, thank Uranus for the option to start the game with 100% album completion because the gameplay in this is terrible. Unlike the other games, this is a tactical RPG, and it's SLOW. So I just used the Event DLC and just watched all the cutscenes. The story is mediocre, and it has WAY too many new characters. Still, it has more fanservice then the previous games (maybe not VII), so if you're a Noire fan, you're in luck. Also included the description of the characters, because why not?
