Last time I checked, women don't say things like "I can't get it up while I'm being cucked." She's talking about the dude she's with but to save space the Japanese writer dropped pronouns, knowing that Japanese readers would get it from context, which is normal and common in Japanese and is why AI will forever suck at translating manga until a computer can start analyzing dialogue bubble positioning, angles and image-based context while remembering context from prior pages (not gonna happen for many years).

This is the simplest shit to fix before uploading.
