The original leaves it open to interpretation whether or not they swapped again in the end. The translator basically wrote his own headcanon cause all that's being said on page 89 and 90 is:
"This is...Harumi's..."
"What the hell is going with this body swap phenomenon?"
The text on p. 87 also does not exist in the original. In the JP version its just the sound of his load gushing out.
For all we know another swap happened in the end.

@Logix123 I think this series is leaning more towards swaps being permanent. The first story suggests swaps have been going on behind the scene for months, and it doesn't seem like anyone's come forward saying they've switched back.On the contrary, with each party gaining access to a part of their new body's memories it's difficult to even prove someone swapped (I can't imagine how many people were either too afraid their friends and family wouldn't believe them or threatened into silence out of fear of being reported as stalkers and taken to jail).

Anyways, looks like the female investigator might be the next one to get swapped. Though, given how this series is going, she might end up having a threesome in her boss' body with the big breasted woman that will undoubtedly appear in the next volume.

At least this one has a happy ending compared to the previous one because at least the husband was aware of the situation unlike before and in the end both are together, and this time the guy that switched bodies with wife did not get the satisfaction of what he was doing, i would feel bad for him if not for how he was really rubbing it in and how he was going to screw over the wife despite her being the one who defended him before, plus having a childhood friends with big tits who is interested in you and ignoring her is so weird to me

As for if they switch back i think that they did not switch back because the investigators didn't mention anything in the ending
