Artist is CTOCTFM (Pixiv user 3912726). Previously/alternatively known as BaaTT3RY. They stopped posting 2 years ago and fanbox is no longer has any support tiers. I think I have their full fanbox archive as I was subscribed and had it downloaded before they disappeared.
