@Birate I would be inclined to agree with you, except that this is 'part four' in what is technically a single work. And, sure, the chapter technically "opens" with that theme, but it's also not blatantly obvious. Depending on how things work out moving forward, the cucking might not actually come up until later chapters. If it weren't for Kadath's track record, I probably wouldn't have made the connection, given she just finished a gang-bang scene.
